Light Requirements
Prefers bright, indirect light with some gentle morning or late afternoon sun. Avoid prolonged harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the stems.
Water Requirements
Water when the top few inches of soil feel dry. Epiphyllum cacti prefer slightly more moisture than desert cacti but should never sit in soggy soil. Ensure the pot has excellent drainage to prevent root rot.
Toxicity
Generally considered non-toxic to pets and humans; however, ingestion may still cause mild stomach upset. Keep out of reach of curious pets and children.
