Light Requirements
Prefers bright, indirect light for healthy growth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves, while insufficient light may result in slower growth and less vibrant foliage.
Water Requirements
Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry, and ensure the pot has good drainage. The Coffee Plant also appreciates higher humidity levels.
Toxicity
Toxic to pets if ingested. The leaves and berries contain compounds that may cause vomiting, diarrhea, increased heart rate, or other symptoms if consumed. Keep away from pets and children.
