Capensis Alba Sundew Drosera, 2" Pot
Light Requirements
Prefers bright light with several hours of direct sunlight daily. A sunny windowsill is ideal for maintaining healthy growth and encouraging the sticky, glistening tentacles to develop. Provide bright filtered light if intense afternoon sun causes the leaves to scorch.
Water Requirements
Keep the growing medium consistently moist and never allow it to dry out completely. Use distilled water, rainwater, or reverse-osmosis water, as tap water may contain minerals that can harm the plant. A water tray can be used to help maintain consistent moisture. Avoid regular potting soil and use a suitable carnivorous plant mix instead.
Toxicity
Generally considered non-toxic to pets and humans. However, ingestion of plant material may cause mild stomach upset. Keep out of reach of pets and small children.
