Ninja Star Tricyrtis is a unique and elegant ornamental plant known for its striking, star-shaped flowers speckled with purple and white, giving it a delicate and exotic appearance. Its upright, clumping growth habit and arching stems make it an excellent choice for shaded garden beds, woodland gardens, and containers. The blooms appear in late summer to early fall, adding visual interest when many other plants have finished flowering. In Manitoba, it is grown as a perennial in protected conditions, thriving in partial to full shade with moist, well-drained soil, and it is sensitive to frost.
