A seedless hybrid of the silver and red maple; stunning fall colours, fast growing, with an oval to rounded shape, tolerant of alkaline soils; requires a sheltered, wind-protected location.
Autumn Blaze Maple features showy clusters of red flowers along the branches . It has green foliage throughout the season. The lobed leaves turn outstanding shades of orange and in the fall. The fruit is not ornamentally significant. The furrowed gray bark and brick red branches add an interesting dimension to the landscape.
