Summer Pastels Yarrow (Achillea millefolium 'Summer Pastels') is a long-blooming perennial admired for its soft, pastel-coloured flower clusters that bring a cheerful mix of pink, rose, yellow, cream, and white shades to the garden from early summer into fall. The flat-topped blooms are held above finely textured, fern-like foliage and attract bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators throughout the season. Heat and drought tolerant once established, Summer Pastels Yarrow is an excellent choice for sunny borders, cottage gardens, prairie plantings, pollinator gardens, and containers. Its hardy, low-maintenance nature makes it well suited to Manitoba's prairie climate and it returns reliably each year with proper care.
