A 2024 release from Manitoba, Kandy Crisp is a result of a controlled cross between Goodland and Gemini (two of our favourite apples for the prairies). Fruit is medium-large (2.75-3″ across), red in colour with unusual russeting on the top-end of the fruit. Flesh is firm and super crisp. Ripening mid-September, fruit keeps well in storage.
